Life is grand, full of magic, hope and possibility.

Yeah, I know, it doesn’t really feel this way right now, does it?

Most people have felt completely overwhelmed by what’s been going on in the world, worried, even scared.

The truth is: shit’s going on and shit’s been getting really real.

And yet, and yet…

there’s this voice that’s been whispering in my ear, asking me to say: it’s all good. We’ve got this. We will get through this. Together.

This is an unprecedented time and – of course – it’s tricky to feel how lucky and fortunate we are to be living on this earth; maybe it even feels icky to contemplate the good, the positive, the miraculous when all around us the world seems to be falling apart.

We’re so busy putting out one fire after the next in an attempt to keep our lives (health, families, loved ones, bank accounts, bodies, plans and obligations) in balance that we spiral into thoughts of despair, hopelessness and a complete lack of perspective.

It’s easy then to let the weight of the world and all its tragedies wash all over you, all the time.

And that, of course, is even scarier than scary AF.

Yup, I’m speaking form experience.

Since our thoughts aren’t “real” though and we can shift our perspective – even in the most challenging times -, we can stop dwelling in negativity and fear-based thinking, give ourselves a break and then move into love-filled action mode to see how – together – we’ll make sure that all really will be fine (somehow, in some way, we’ll figure it out!!) in the months and years to come.

How do we do that? Easy!

We create a life of reasons to fiercely embrace this life, live on this beautiful planet and share these times with so many incredible fellow human beings (and there are many!).

So, take a moment to breathe, open your eyes and feel, just feel. Do you notice it? All the marvels of this world? When you really allow yourself to drop in, see, feel and listen, it’s easy to be speechless, feel grateful and happy to be alive, right?
