Wow. Can you believe it? We’re already 30 editions into our self-love journey.

I hope you’re having as much fun falling head over heals with yourself as I am.

With the arrival of spring and the warmer temperatures, you’ll most likely want to go outside more and move your body more often. That’s fantastic! However, unless you’re a thriving yogi, you’ll most likely notice a lot of tension in your hips, which significantly impairs your ability to play freely.

That’s not unusual at all. With our day-jobs mostly being sedentary, we simply don’t give our bodies enough movement and so we lose our flexibility. On top of that, we also store all of our frustration, our fears, our sorrow and our anger in our hips; which is never good, right?

So, how do we relieve this tension and make sure that we can roam freely again?

We’ll do it by doing a few specific, easy and fun Yoga positions that loosen our hips and help us feel more relaxed and happy again.

All you have to do is roll out your Yoga mat and join the fun. You’ll see how the stress, the anger, the anxiety and even the pain that you’ve been holding on to for so long, will fade away, one motion at a time.
