I often get asked what my top tips for more self-love, self-esteem and body-acceptance are.

And while I love this question and I always feel inspired to answer it with my favorite and proven ways to show love to myself, there’s so much more to this question.

There’s so much more – but we don’t talk about that.

We don’t think about that.

Because we’re scared of that.

Instead, we always turn to others, we always turn to outside inspiration, outside advice, and totally neglect turning to the one direction that truly matters.

In today’s edition of Love Yourself Friday, you can find out where else to turn to when you seek that validation and advice from outside sources and how you can begin your journey to more body-acceptance and self-love.
