I have. Many, many times.

I would feel lackluster, more chubby than usual and anything but motivated to practice self-care, challenge my mean voices and general mind clutter or journal. Sitting down for a short meditation was completely out of the picture.

If you can relate to that feeling and maybe even are in one of those holes right now, watch today’s edition of Love Yourself Friday.

I personally love tip #6 best because I’ve experienced the phenomenal life changes that happen once you hire a kickass coach. I even like coaching better than therapy because it is so much more life-affirming and future oriented than a regular therapy session usually is.

And here’s a special hint. When you pay for a service, you take it all the more seriously. That way, you will take care of yourself because, well, you’re paying for a life change and you’re wanting to have the best results possible. It works, trust me.

But now I want to hear from you. What are your special tips for the days, months, weeks when you don’t want to take care of yourself? What do you do? How to you get yourself to do what you know is best for your entire being?

Let us know. Your wisdom and comments are super important to us.

Much love,

Anne-Sophie
